每年農(nóng)歷的正月十五，春節(jié)剛過，迎來的就是中國(guó)的傳統(tǒng)節(jié)日——元宵節(jié)。
正月是農(nóng)歷的元月，古人稱夜為“宵”，所以稱正月十五為“元宵節(jié)”。正月十五日是一年中第一個(gè)月圓之夜，也是一元復(fù)始，大地回春的夜晚，人們對(duì)此加以慶祝，也是慶賀新春的延續(xù)。元宵節(jié)又稱為“上元節(jié)”。
按中國(guó)民間的傳統(tǒng)，在這天上皓月高懸的夜晚，人們要點(diǎn)起彩燈萬盞，以示慶賀。出門賞月、燃燈放焰、喜猜燈謎、共吃元宵，合家團(tuán)聚、同慶佳節(jié)，其樂融融。
