二、認真備課、上課，改進教學方式、注重輔導學法

在集體備課的基礎上，我能自覺鉆研教材、研究學生，進行二次備課。雖然辛苦，但事實證明是值得的。教態自然、講課生動、難易適中、照顧全部，課堂就能夠吸引住學生。本人能做到每天都有積極的精神狀態，讓學生感受到一種積極的學習氣氛。我能遵循聽說、讀寫跟上的教學要求，努力加大課堂訓練量，加快課堂節奏，切實提高課堂教學效率。除保證課堂效果之外，還需要讓學生課外多讀，多講，多練。為此，在早讀時，我堅持到班輔導，發現問題及時糾正。課后堅持認真批改學生作業，發現問題及時解決。對部分不自覺的同學還采取強硬背誦等方式，以打好他們的初一基礎。

三、做好“培優轉差”

按以往經驗，學生在英語學習進入一定階段后初一英語課件，會出現好差分化現象，尤其是7a教材開始啟用、學習難度加深以后。為此，我制定了具體的“培優轉差”計劃和目標，對這部分同學進行有計劃的輔導。例如我把這批同學分為三個組。

第一組是有一定基礎，但平時懶動腦筋不學的同學，對這些同學，我采取集體輔導，給他們分配固定任務，不讓他們有偷懶的機會，讓他們發揮應有水平；第二組是肯學、但學習能力不強的同學。對這部分同學進行耐心指導，多加鼓勵，慢慢提高他們的成績；第三組是紀律松散、基礎不好、學習又不認真的同學。對這部分人進行課余時間個別輔導。由于實施了分類輔導，針對性強，效果比較明顯。

一個學期的努力效果如何，期末考試就是一種考驗了。無論成績高低，都體現了我在這學期的教學成果。我明白到這并不是最重要的，重要的是這學期本人確實學到很多，重要的是如何總結得失，以期在下學期后做得更好。因此，無論怎樣辛苦，我都會繼續努力初一英語課件，多問、多想、多向書本、專家、同行學習，爭取更大的進步。
