對比記憶法
1、be是原形，可以做助動詞，后面一般接doing結構，表示現在進行時，或者接done結構，表示被動語態。
注意，在不同的時態中be有不同的形式。am is are was were
當然be可以做系動詞，后面還能接形容詞，構成系表結構。
2、been是be的過去分詞，可以用于完成時的被動語態。因為完成時的基本形式是have done，剛才說了被動語態的形式是be done，
將be done 放入完成時態就構成了完成時的被動，即為have been done，這里的done是行為動詞的過去分詞，這里也可以用形容詞，
3、至于being，比較特殊，是be動詞的現在分詞，用法可以參考非謂語動詞。還可以用于現在進行時的被動語態。

being用作名詞的基本意思是“生物，人”，可指自然界的任何有生命的東西，也可作“存在，生存”解，引申還可作生物的“本質，本性”解。
具體而言，being 有以下三種用法：
1.being表示出現，存在——— existenceA new era was brought into being by the fall of Communism.
2.being 表示生物——a living creaturehuman beingsa strange being from another planet.being 表示人的情感本質——your mind and all of your feelings. I hated Stefan with my whole being.
3.此外，being 還有以下一些用法 A. be 的現在分詞B. 表示原因，由于：Being a quiet person, I don't want to get involved.在您給的兩個句子中,第一句中的be being(was being), being 是做be 的現在分詞，強調某個人在特定的某個時刻的狀態，而不是一直這樣。而第二句中的be （was）則表示一種常態。e.g. She is being stubborn. 她在這件事上很固執。 She is stubborn. 她一直都很固執。
