My home city in Erlianhot. “二連浩特”是蒙語的漢譯音，“二連”原名“額仁”，沿用市郊“額仁達布散淖爾”（現(xiàn)譯二連鹽池）之名。“額仁”是牧人對荒漠戈壁景色的一種美好描述，有海市蜃樓的意思。
